The conference fees include the technical lecture programme as well as access to the side events, coffee and snaks during the official breaks and 3 times lunches and in 6th, 7th and 8th of October. The conference fees include also the printing cost of Book of Abstracts and publishing cost of submitted, peer reviewed and accepted papers in conference series of IOP Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS). Upon registration delegates and authors agree to be published in the online "List of Participants" and in Book of Abstracts
Registration and Cancellation Conditions for Presenting Authors
With the submission of an abstract and the immediate acknowledgement of receipt by the conference office, the presenting author will be registered for the conference. After the deadline, abstracts will be evaluated and confirmed until May 30th, 2015. The presenting author will receive the confirmation email together with a proforma invoice that must be settled within 2 weeks after receipt.
Up to 18th of May 2015, each author registration qualifies for presenting one abstracts for oral or poster presentation. For the second and further papers, the author is charged an extra fee of 150 EUR each. Change of presenting author is free of charge up to 31st of May. From 1st of June 2015, the additional fee is charged for any new additional abstract presented by the same author or if an (already submitted) abstract will be taken over from an already registered speaker. The author, however, may be the co-author of any number of abstracts provided he/she is not the presenting author.
Until 31th of May, 2015 cancellation will be subject to a 50 EUR cancellation fee. From 31st of May 2015 25% of the conference fee will be charged for cancellation of a presentation that was submitted as lecture and accepted as lecture. From 31st of May 2015, 25% of the conference fee will be charged for cancellation of a presentation that was submitted as poster and accepted as poster/short oral poster. From 10th of August 2015 the full conference fee will be charged for cancellation. However, speaker substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time.

After registration, each delegate will receive an invoice that must be settled 2 weeks after receipt. From 31st of May 2015, 25% of the conference fee will be charged upon cancellation, and from 10th August 2015 the full conference fee will be charged. Delegate substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time.
